History Hour 21 – “Relations between Goa and Portugal: Present and Future – The Perspective of the Consul General of Portugal” by Dr. Pedro Cabral Adao. Thursday, 16th February 2006.

Dr. Pedro Cabral Adão studied International Relations and Law in Lisbon. He was a journalist for five years and a lecturer at the University. He joined Foreign Services in 1995 and thereafter served in Iran, East Timor and the Portuguese Mission to the United Nations Organisation in New York. He also served at the Embassy of Portugal in Sweden. At present Dr. Cabral Adão is Consul General of Portugal in Goa, a Post he occupies since February 2, 2005.
